The solution consists of Z stone shaped sensors, a web-based dashboard, and a companion mobile application. The sensor monitors multiple parameters such as chair occupancy, space utilization of floors, locations of assets, environmental parameters such as CO2, humidity, and TVOC; vacant parking spots etc. The web-based portal processes the above-mentioned data for visualizing the same and exporting it to multiple data files or summarizing into reports. The companion application also guides the user to evacuation points and allows the user to report a fault by attaching pictures.
