SoftServe provided an API-driven solution that allowed seamless data transfer between applications, enabling PDS to collect customer feedback and provide an exceptional user experience. SoftServe built the PDS platform and its first application, integrating them with artificial intelligence, cognitive services, machine learning, and multi-channel communication services. They also defined PDS's tech stack and developed a customer feedback Architecture Roadmap.
