最近，由于校园建筑和学生数量的增加，台湾一所大学的用电量急剧增加。为了分析 52 座建筑物的功耗并提高其电源效率，该大学希望利用基于 Web 的硬件和软件构建一个电源管理系统。考虑到这些目标，他们联系了研华，帮助他们开发系统并为他们提供在未来几年节省能源的方法。
在 52 座校园建筑中建立电力管理系统，监控和改进用电管理，确保能源高效使用。能够实时监控每栋建筑的电力消耗、预测电力需求、调整电力消耗并改进电力管理。利用其网络的特点，打造用电查询系统。打造实时显示系统，展示各栋楼的用电情况，在全校范围内推动和倡导节能减排。电力监控计算机工作站使用WebAccess HMI来收集数据并显示状态。系统用于分析和比较数据，然后采取适当的措施来降低功耗和节约能源。 BAS-3520 DDC控制器连接数字万用表，保证数据在无网络连接时不会丢失。然后可以将数据临时存储在本地计算机上，并在恢复连接时上传，以确保数据的完整性。
