The organization realized the need for automated workflow processes but was deterred by the high costs associated with hiring an in-house developer or an external consultant.
The Solution
UNDP Bangladesh decided to implement Nintex Workflow 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 to automate their workflow processes. The decision was influenced by a successful demonstration of a workflow prototype built using a free trial version of Nintex Workflow 2007 and Office SharePoint Server 2007. The organization found the Nintex Workflow 2010 to be reasonably priced and easy to install with resources available on the Nintex website and Nintex Connect community site. The new system was used to automate processes for the procurement and vendor management teams, significantly reducing the time and effort required for these tasks.
