The client is a legal services firm in Australia that offers various services to their clients. They had an existing website platform that was used by potential clients to learn about services and by clients to ask questions.
Zealous proposed an autonomous Chatbot for the website that would enable automation and eliminate human interaction. AI was enabled in the Chatbot to improve customer service over time. A custom database was created to store and manage user data. The Chatbot logic was developed with NLP to understand and interpret client requirements. The system was thoroughly tested and integrated into the current website. Training sessions were provided to the administrative team to make the system independent.
