• Europcar's innovative data strategies in the car rental sector have led to better availability of vehicles at stations, a more dynamic pricing structure, and overall better process management resulting in less customer waiting. They can now flexibly adapt their operations, as they are able to anticipate line openings in airports, allowing them to adjust the staff, the vehicle fleet, and the parking space required to respond correctly to demand. Beyond this particular project, Europcar has successfully started their path to enterprise-wide data use, with additional teams starting to use Dataiku on their own projects with the end goal of bringing real, tangible business value.
