Mack Technologies had been researching more efficient lighting to meet aggressive operational cost reduction goals, but concerns about the initial cost of replacing several thousand fluorescent bulbs made the manufacturer cautious about conversion. Mack Technologies also wanted to be a leader in corporate social responsibility. To do that, the company needed to significantly reduce its energy consumption and enhance employee working conditions while minimizing the cost of investment.

In order to maximize the shopping experience of their customers, Lotte Department Store wanted to minimize the waste collection frequency during operations. Whether indoors or outdoors, Lotte’s cleaning sta had to visit high traffic areas of their malls and outlets during business hours up to four times on weekdays and seven times on weekends. The Ascó City Council wanted to monitor and control all 16 municipal facilities it manages, as a means of improving energy efficiency. The project first phase objective is to monitor the energy consumption of the city hall building and to automate and control HVAC equipment distributed across various floors on the building.

Guangzhou Metro Line 2 operates mileage of 23.265 kilometers, with 20 stations and 1 depot. Metro Line 2 was built and opened from Xiaogang to San Yuanli section, and then opened from Pazhou to San Yuanli the whole line. Guangzhou Metro Line 2 is a milestone in the history of traffic construction in China, whose localization rate is over 70%.
