About The Customer
The primary users of the Find Plasma Donor app are COVID-19 patients in need of plasma therapy and individuals willing to donate plasma. The app also serves doctors and healthcare professionals who are treating COVID-19 patients and looking for plasma donors. Additionally, the app has attracted volunteers who want to contribute to the fight against the pandemic. The app has also partnered with the City Police, further expanding its user base. The users are primarily based in India, where the app was developed and launched.
The Challenge
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a surge in the need for plasma donors in India. As more doctors rely on plasma therapy for treating patients, the challenge of finding the right plasma donor has become a significant hurdle. Unlike blood donors, finding a suitable plasma donor is a time-consuming and stressful process. Furthermore, plasma therapy is a time-sensitive process, creating a mismatch between the urgency of the need and the time it takes to find a donor. The founder of Find Plasma Donor, Vaibhav Thakkar, recognized this problem and sought to address it.
The Solution
Vaibhav Thakkar developed an app called Find Plasma Donor to connect plasma donors with COVID-19 patients in India. The app, built on Bubble's no-code platform, allows potential donors and patients to register their details. The team behind the app then connects with the donors to check their eligibility and explain the process. If a doctor has prescribed plasma therapy for a patient, the patient or their relative can register on the website. The team reaches out to them within 8 minutes in 90% of cases, validates the authenticity, and shares the contact details of the relevant donor. The app was designed to be user-friendly and efficient, reducing the time it takes to connect donors and patients.

Intelligent Building Automation System and Energy Saving Solution
One of the most difficult problems facing the world is conserving energy in buildings. However, it is not easy to have a cost-effective solution to reduce energy usage in a building. One solution for saving energy is to implement an intelligent building automation system (BAS) which can be controlled according to its schedule. In Indonesia a large university with a five floor building and 22 classrooms wanted to save the amount of energy being used.
