Wyless had been using Internal Ticketing System (ITS) built in Porthos for the purpose of support tickets related to all customers. ITS was a good solution in terms of logging support tickets and ticket assignment but it did not provided different reports related to tickets which is one of the essential to measure SLAs. Wyless had prepare report manually and then perform different operations to seek SLA on response and resolution also to figure out which kind of issues occur more and against which operators. Another challenge faced was the difficulty for customer to log on to Porthos every time to create a ticket and respond on queries by going to Porthos.

AWS Migration
Due to its ever increasing customers and connections Wyless required more scalability and efficiency but definitely at a cheaper cost. Usage records & calculations for more than 2 million connections does not reside in gigabyte of space, it requires terabytes of space. Where connectivity is the key to your success or failure in business, you don’t want your machines to be responsible for slow response. Wyless had all of its servers managed at another hosting. Ex-Hosting became non-scalable to support the ever-expanding needs of expansion Wyless required. But moving instance from Ex-hosting was the biggest challenge. Wyless had issues of stability, network availability, scalability & OS. Resulting in not able to scale up the resources like Disk, CPU and Ram without incurring downtime.

Bosch security systems have quite a good number of resellers through which they sell security devices. For all of their security devices they have pre-installed SIMs/CDMA's in them. For each customer to have its own login and competitive prices for each operator was a big challenge. They offer the same services for each customer and therefore every customer spends the same amount of money for each device.
