Developer of wireless communication technology designed to provide communication solutions for IoT industry.
Eseye is a global specialist supplier of cellular internet connectivity for intelligent IoT (Internet of Things) devices. As IoT evolves, businesses want to use the data pouring from Intelligent Devices to make intelligent decisions and to develop new applications, products and services. Eseye makes this happen with an end-to-end suite of connectivity and device solutions unique in the market.
Whilst still in its infancy, the Internet of Things (IoT) is in part evolving by using Bluetooth Smart as an underpinning technology. Bluetooth Smart is rapidly being adopted for short-range wireless connectivity between compact, coin cell-powered accessories using RF sensors and smartphone ‘hubs’ supporting associated software applications. The ARM mbed initiative is a collaborative industry project that plans to nurture the IoT. The initiative delivers tools and fundamental open-source hardware and software building blocks for the rapid development of ARM-based devices. The collaboration between Nordic Semiconductor and ARM has resulted in Nordic’s nRF51822 System-on-Chip (SoC) which combines a Bluetooth v4.1-compliant 2.4GHz multiprotocol radio with an ARM Cortex-M0 CPU core on a single chip optimized for ultra-low power operation. The nRF51822 Series offers developers the ideal platform for designing the wirelessly-connected sensors that will help turn the IoT from a technological concept into reality as the mechanisms to transfer IP data from sensor nodes begin to appear.
Generally, IoT is seen as a very broad concept originating from M2M and other technologies. At a higher level IoT is often divided into two categories; Applications requiring human interaction, characterized as Human IoT (HIoT) and the Industrial IoT (IIoT). Common for both IIoT and HIoT is that an ideal roll out of technologies would require IPv6, and in a perfect world this would include pathways to include the huge installed base of legacy industrial devices. Mandatory elements of the IIoT would also be end-to-end security, no single point of failure, autonomous node and application discovery just to mention a few objectives typically identified by IT professionals.
AXON Platform for IoT translates communication from a wide variety of devices into a common IP-based language to enable the creation of a managed service. When everyone speaks the same language, things simply work better. AXON Platform enables service providers to ensure interoperation between different networks, extend services quickly, while providing management with other AXON Platform core services. Our IoT network solution scales to provide single-source management for different devices or features across networks.
The company provides IoT cloud platform, ERP platform, GPRS technology, chips and other application tools, enabling customers to obtain a comprehensive communication solution for IoT.
