The Solution

Using Telia Sense, Bilia can offer owners of both new and older cars new IoT service offerings, such as car diagnostics, pro-active car maintenance [but also tailored customer offerings and promotions through the Telia Sense app]. This service will enable Bilia to provide features such as remote diagnostics for the vast majority of cars produced after 2011. As a rst phase, this service is aimed at consumers. But long term could also open up opportunities for services provided to B2B customers, such as driver journal data and eco driving feedback as well as alarm features and remote monitoring for smaller company car eets.
