Kustomer is an omnichannel Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM platform specializing in customer service.
Openpath was able to meet all of Kustomer’s requirements. Kustomer wanted to create an open and friendly work environment that was also secure. Openpath’s mobile credentials allow Kustomer employees to freely navigate the office without needing to carry around keycards or badges.
Kustomer takes advantage of Openpath’s direct integration with G-Suite, so whenever an employee is added/removed from their company directory, their Openpath credential is automatically issued/revoked.
Since Kustomer manages customer support for a lot of high-profile direct-to-consumer brands, it was imperative that their access control allowed them to remain PCI compliant.
